Back from Hansel and Gretel Land to Munich and Off to the Black Forest

Wow! This sure isn't Southern California! The top picture shows the scenary on our path between Freizeit Schloss and the Schloss Seeburg. The second picture was taken in the entrance to the courtyard of the Wort Des Lebens owned "castle," Schloss Seeburg, where we ate our meals at the retreat for the Munich International Community Church.

On Sunday, after digging ourselves out of the snow and knocking two feet of it off the top of cars, we made our return to Munich. It was my joy to preach to an amazingly active and energized congregation, mostly in their 20s and 30s.

Sounds like a very good time!
I learned how to ski near Oberammergau when I was a kid. Do you have time to go to Dachau? Its worth it.

Have a wonderful time & eat a weiss wurst for me!
(And the other liquid stuff Munich is famous for - if like Luther & Calvin you do that!)
