Dr. A. Roy Medley wins second term as General Secretary of the ABCUSA in a 76-33 vote Friday during the meeting of the General Board of the ABCUSA.
His Barking Dog is pleased to have accurately predicted the outcome prior to the meetings. Our "Carnac the Magnificent" piece yesterday declared the certainty of the vote. No special credit attaches to the prognostication, however, since the system virtually guarantees re-election.
